Thanks for swinging by. If I've piqued your curiosity in any way, you may want to know a bit more about the motivation behind this site. Well, I'm Giselle, I'm Australian, and I've been travelling for a long time. My intrepid mother took my grandmother and I to Europe before I was in my teens and ignited a passion for travel that's not abated. I've lived in Australia, Japan, Korea, Dubai, Vietnam and the UK and spent a lot of time on the road. I've had a few different careers and one that's stuck for the past half decade or so is journalism. I write for a few small magazines and thought maybe I could share some of the magical places I've been fortunate enough to visit with a broader audience. So, here we go.
